Senior AIDES - A Community Employment Program for Adults 55 and older

JVS offers paid training opportunities and job placement to people age 55 or older who want to find part-time or full-time employment. Each JVS Senior AIDES participant earns minimum wage and learns valuable job skills while they train at a non-profit organization such as a community center or social service organization. Once the training period ends, JVS assists each person in finding permanent employment.

Positions are currently available for people age 55 and older who meet minimum income requirements and live in Hennepin County.
